I am PhD candidate at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI/EMBL) Cambridge, supervised by Oliver Stegle and co-supervised by Zoubin Ghahramani. My research is about machine learning models to analyze single-cell methylation and gene expression data. Specifically, I am interested in deep neural networks that are scalable to large, heterogeneous, and high-dimensional data.
